The Role
- Coordinate and oversee a dedicated team to deliver stable, effective and quality services
- Manage the laboratory facilities, consumables and develop customized protocols
- Provide training to new users and offering technical support, advice, and troubleshooting for research projects
- Manage document handling and prepare reports
- Organize events and seminars

Qualifications and Qualities
- Candidates with potential and who meet some of the below requirements may be considered for the position of Senior Technical Officer
- Master’s degree or above in Biology, Physics or other related disciplines in science and engineering, with 5+ years of research experience
- Prior experience in operating TEM, SEM, or Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM) or management of core laboratory is preferred
- Self-motivated, responsible, with good communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Competency in using MS Office
